It ‘s been a long time since I wanted to visit Atelier Vime and I finally got round to it this week! And I also found some good remedies for the body & the mind. So, here I tell you!

CIt’s been a long time since I wanted to go there and I was not the least disappointed. Come on, follow me! The house is located in the village of Vallabrègues, near Avignon. Village that has long been considered the capital of basketry in France. Indeed, at one time basket makers settled in the village and today every August 11 & 12, there is a large basket market. But this time, it was l’Atelier Vime that I wanted to visit. It is a two-story house from the 17th century with high ceilings with remains of the past that the owners, creators of the brand, have found and magnified. They kept the walls patinated and washed out with traces of pale blue or water-green pigment paint. It is probably one of the most charming & refined houses I have ever seen in my life. Everything is done in a non-ostentatious way and gives the impression that it's always been like that. |

Inside the Atelier Vime, there are antique 18th century furniture and especially some objects created by the two owners like wicker light fixtures. Unfortunately, this house is a private place but two things will comfort you:
- You can buy
their creations on a website and also vintage furniture and objects.
- A shop will soon open in Vallabrègues, I visited the site and I promise I will let you know as soon as this enchanting place opens !

A cream that does not stink, at last! Made with organic Provencal olive oil, olive leaves and glycerin at Moulin de la Balméenne. It is the ideal moisturizing cream and I even put it on my knees ! The night version also smells very good ! |

We leave Provence to find a workshop (that has nothing to do with the first): the Atelier Nubio which I already told you about a while ago because I had met Claire and Gabrielle, the founders of the Nubio brand. At that time they offered “only” cures of cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices that I adored. As we kept in touch, they were kind enough to send me their latest creations: a range of nutritional supplements based exclusively on plant active ingredients, certified organic & vegan called "We want ... " . The name is well found and it is declined with humor although all this is very serious :
- We want ... to be in top form from early morning on
- We want .... a doll complexion
- We want ... a starry night
- We want ... a rose petal skin
- We want ... a naiad ‘s flat tummy, etc...
I decided to embark on the cure We want ... a mermaid hair. Yes, yes I know, it's not very surprising !

As I'm not sure if I have such young readers, but for those of you whose children are between 3 and 10 years old, please pass this little lucky find on to them: if you like being told stories, the Alma application offers to tell you original stories read by great actors: Clovis Cornillac, my girlfriend Lilou Fogli who also wrote one expressly for you (The magic chest of Nino and Tamara) , Gad Elmaleh, Daniel Mesguich, Gérard Jugnot, Virginie Efira …The app is super easy to use (though I know it's not what would scare you) and a little thing that will please your parents very much (and will allow you to listen to as many stories as you want, in particular this summer when you go on long trips!) is that once the story begins, the computer screen (or tablet or phone) goes black and you just have to listen. Martin Solveig imagined this concept and it’s great ! |

So there you go, I promised you the primacy of an interplanetary event or almost... well the day has finally come !!!! Tomorrow, le Journal d’Ines n°2 will be released in all the kiosks. Yes, indeed! Since you were really adorable and bought many copies of the Journal d’Ines n ° 1, we decided to make a second one. It will of course be about interior decoration, girlfriends, fashion, places and many other things too. I sincerely hope you will enjoy it! |

Next week, I will probably tell you about summer looks, because August will be around – how exciting! - and it will be high time to think of our suitcases! I wish you a very nice week and I am looking forward to next Thursday! |
